We offer a hassle-free Refunds and Returns policy on all skyhome australia branded products. We offer you a 45-days 'change of mind' returns policy as well as free replacements for any products that did not live up to the high quality standard that we promise. In case of ‘change of mind’ returns the customer will cover the cost of return shipping to be eligible for a refund.

Note: to qualify for our 45-days ‘change of mind’ returns policy, you must notify us of this by contacting our customer service within 45 calendar days of receiving your items.

If any of your items are faulty they can be returned back to us for a full refund. In case of faulty items we will cover the cost of return shipping. 

Note: when returning the items you may be required to return any ‘free gifts’, ‘samples’ or ‘specials’ included with the invoiced items. 

For products from other brands we offer a standard returns policy for damaged items and items that were otherwise not fit for purpose or not as described. Note that the ‘change of mind’ policy may not apply to these products.
